REQUIREMENTS |

The
following criteria need to be established in order to become an
authorized distributor: |

Business must be automotive-related. |
|
(2) |
Merchandise for the sole purpose of resale. |
|
(3) |
Three references need to be provided. |
|
(4) |
A copy of business license. |
|

PROGRAM
PARTICIPATION |
|
Participation in the Distributor Program is subject to VR Performance
Inc. prior
approval and your continued compliance with the Program Criteria. VR
Performance Inc. reserves the right to refuse participation to any
applicant or participant at any time in its sole discretion.

VR
Performance Inc. accepts credit card (Visa, Master Card and American
Express) or wire
transfer. |

HOW TO
APPLY |
|
You
can apply the distributor program by submitting the application form by
email to sales@vrptuning.com or fax the application form directly to
(416) 410-4224. VR Performance Inc will send you the program detail and
discount structure. Once the application is approved, VR Performance
Inc. will notify you by email. |

HOW TO
TERMINATE |
|
You
can terminate your distributor status at any time by providing us a
written notice. |

VR
Performance Inc. will update the price list on the website if there is a
price change. Distributor will be notified by email. |

FREIGHT
|
|
Prices
do not include freight charges. All orders are FOB our warehouse and
will be billed and shipped by the fastest, most economical way unless
otherwise instructed. Merchandise signed for is considered delivered and
no claims for damage and/or shortage will be considered unless noted on
the waybill at the time of delivery. Claims for shortage, damage or
error in shipment can only be honoured if made within three days of
receipt of shipment.
